Need to delete your account data?
We’re committed to protecting your privacy. If you’d like to delete your account data from My Wellness Match, here’s how to do it:
Option 1: Remove Facebook Data via Facebook Settings
If you signed in using Facebook and would like to remove the connection:
• Find My Wellness Match under Apps and Websites
• Click Remove to disconnect your account and delete any data we receive from Facebook.
Option 2: Request Full Account Data Removal
If you’d like to delete all of your account data — including data from Facebook Login or any other sign-up method:
Please include the email address linked to your account so we can locate your data.
We will process your request and delete your account data within 10 business days, then confirm by email when that's been completed.
We take your privacy seriously and will handle your request as promptly as possible.
