Your daily habits like light, screens, sleep, and time outside all affect your energy, mood, and stress. This session explores why your body loves rhythm, and how small changes can help you feel more balanced without a total lifestyle overhaul.

We’ll look at how screens impact your nervous system and how nature helps reset it. Expect gentle breath-led movement, practical tips, and time to reflect on your own rhythms.

Great if you want to:
- Improve sleep, focus, and calm through rhythm
- Build nervous system-friendly routines
- Understand the link between screens and stress
- Explore natural ways to restore balance
