Mindfulness isn’t about clearing your mind. It’s simply about noticing what’s here, just as you are. This simple shift in attention has been shown to help ease stress and support nervous system regulation.
In this relaxed, sensory-friendly space, we’ll explore how mindfulness can support neurodivergent folks, and try simple practices designed to meet neurodivergent needs. You’ll learn simple ways to:
• Soothe sensory overwhelm
• Shift out of fight-or-flight
• Feel more grounded
You’re welcome to move, stim, turn your camera off or simply listen quietly. There’s no right or wrong way to take part. You’ll leave with tools you can use in day to day life.
