Hi, I’m Zaila. I'm a trauma-informed and neurodiversity-aware mindfulness teacher and trainee breathwork instructor based in Stowmarket, Suffolk. I help people manage stress, overwhelm, chronic illness and pain using practical, evidence-based tools, rooted in self-compassion. This includes support for long-term health conditions like ME/CFS, long COVID, fibromyalgia, IBS and more.
Whether you’re navigating chronic stress, trauma, illness or neurodivergence, I meet you where you are, supporting you with gentle practices to help you manage stress and anxiety.
I started this work after seeing firsthand how transformative these practices were in my own life. That’s why I’m passionate about what I do. I know how powerful these teachings are when they’re taught in a way that’s accessible and inclusive.
The benefit of 1:1 sessions with me is that you receive compassionate support tailored to your unique struggles, from someone who understands the challenges of practicing meditation or breathwork with complex needs that often aren’t acknowledged by standard wellbeing apps. My approach draws from both my professional training and my lived experience of chronic illness.
Whether you’re looking for one-to-one support or group sessions, I offer mindfulness and breathwork in Suffolk and online for anyone wanting to feel more grounded and resilient.
I’m available for both private clients and corporate wellbeing sessions.
If you'd like to learn more, you can book a free trial session to see if this feels like the right fit for you.
For in-person bookings: The Iliffe Road location is just for reference and I’m based nearby in Stowmarket, about 5–10 minutes away. I’ll confirm the exact address after booking or by message.
